BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to apply for and accept a grant
from the Texas Department of Transportation titled D.W.I. Selective Traffic Enforcement
Program Grant. The Grant is in the amount of $7,500 with a 75% State to 25% Local
match. The State funding is in the amount of $5,625. The City's match is $1,875.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 116 day of
1998.
