BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a change in wire transfer authority of City funds on deposit at Chase Bank of Texas,
N.A. is authorized. Robert Pearce is deleted and Douglas Carrier is added as a signatory.
The following individuals are authorized to request electronic fund (wire) or ACH transfers
of any and all City funds on deposit with Texas Commerce Bank National Association:
Ray A. Riley, City Manager
Beverly Hodges, Finance Officer
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
Douglas Carrier, Deputy Treasurer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT a change in signatories for the Cash Bond Account
at Chase Bank of Texas, N.A. is authorized. Robin Stanton is deleted and Wanda Guidry
is added as signatory. The following individuals are designated as signatories on the
Cash Bond account number 05007019292 at Chase Bank of Texas, N.A.:
Dawn Gaudet
Debora Guillory
Geneva Gordon
Sheryl Duvall
Wanda Guidry
