BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept $750.00 as payment on
a paving lien against property located at 2260 Basin Street. He is also authorized to waive
the interest payment of $2,186.86 and authorize a release of lien against the property
described as Lot Number Twenty-Eight (28) and west one-half of Lot Number Twenty-
Seven (27) in Block Number Three (3) of Virginia Estates to the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
