BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract in the
amount of $60,798.00 with Superior Abatement, Inc. for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and supplies necessary to remove and dispose of all asbestos containing
1 300
materials located in the structure at T4W North Street.
