BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of an
upgrade for the IBM AS/400 Series 310 mainframe computer located in the Police
Department for the amount of $208,557. Funds for this expenditure are available in the
Capital Reserve Fund.
