WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on Tuesday, May 26, 1998, for providing an
annual contract for mowing developed and vacant property in excess of one (1) acre for the
Clean Community Division, Neighborhood Services Division; and,
WHEREAS, B & B Right of Way submitted a bid in the amount of $.0009 per square
foot for both developed and vacant property; and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by B & B Right of Way
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by B & B Right of Way for an annual contract for mowing developed and
vacant property in excess of one (1) acre for $.0009 per square foot for an estimated annual
expenditure of $20,621.31 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
