WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel No. 13: 0.114 acre being out of Lots
10, 11, and 12, Block 1 of the
C. H. Ainsworth Addition
(2520 Concord Road)
Appraised Value: $7,350.00
Less Improvements Retained: 0.00
