WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Right-of-way Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Concord Road Right-of-way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 1: 0.333 acre out of Lots 10
through 15, Block 27,
McFaddin Heights Addition
(1500 Block Caldwell Street)
Appraised Value: $14,000.00
Less Improvements Retained: - 0.00
Total Compensation: $14,000.00
Owner: Trustees of the Mamie McFaddin Ward
Heritage Foundation
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
