WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
FM 364/Major Drive Project, Phase II;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT.-
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Concord Road Right-of-way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 3: 0.104 acre out of the Samuel
Strivers League
(6810 South Major Drive)
Appraised Value: $42,000.00
Owner: Mary Ann Smith, Individually and as
Independent Executrix of the Estate of
William D. Smith, Deceased
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
(Partial Taking)
