BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with
Triangle Paving, Inc. in the amount of $268,900.00 for the 1998 Driveway Rehabilitation
Project.
