WHEREAS, by Resolution 98-75, the City of Beaumont approved the formation of
the "Hardin County Emergency Services District No. 4" as described in such resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the City has been informed that the approval should be for the "Hardin
County Emergency Services District No. 2".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT it hereby consents to the conversion and formation of the Hardin County Emergency
Services District No. 2 as described in Resolution 98-75 passed March 24, 1998;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution and Resolution 98-75 shall serve
as the written consent of the City of Beaumont to the conversion and formation of such
"Hardin County Emergency Services District No. 2".
