WHEREAS, City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a contract with
Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. for application of final cover, excavation, and
compaction - Beaumont Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, the project is completed; and,
WHEREAS, Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. has submitted their request for
payment of $22,520.74;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the application of final cover, excavation, and compaction - Beaumont Landfill is
hereby accepted and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue final
payment of$22,520.74 for completion of the project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1_,9ek day of
1998.
