BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the penalty and interest on the tax account listed below be and it is hereby waived
pursuant to Section 31.11 of the Texas Property Code as the taxpayer's remittance of tax
included a penalty and interest charge in error.
