WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of a ten-(10) foot
wide tract of land out of Lot 13, Block 1 of Broadway Place Addition as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto from Jewel A. and Claire S. Hymel in exchange for the City's conveyance
of a fifteen-(15)foot wide tract of land out of Lot 14, Block 1 of Broadway Place Addition to
Jewel A. and Claire S. Hymel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the acquisition of the ten-(10) foot wide tract of land out of Lot 13, Block 1 of
Broadway Place Addition in exchange for the City's conveyance of a fifteen-(15) foot wide
tract of land out of Lot 14, Block 1 of Broadway Place Addition as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
