BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase a Pitney Bowes
Spectrum Folding/Inserting System in the amount of $20,803.00 through the State of
Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program's vendor.
