THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release paving liens in the
amount of$1,879.01, including penalties and interest, against Lot Six (6) and the adjacent
Twenty-five feet (25 ft.) of Lot Seven (7), Block Six (6), Virginia Estates Addition, owned
by Donald and Gay Fontnett. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all
documents necessary to evidence the release of the paving liens against Lot Six (6) and
the adjacent Twenty-five feet (25 ft.) of Lot Seven (7), Block Six (6), Virginia Estates
Addition.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the I day of
1998.
