BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an amendment to the
agreement with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for payments to the City in lieu of taxes
extending the term of such agreement for a five (5)- year period.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
