WHEREAS, bids were received on Monday, March 16, 1998 for an annual contract
to provide routine maintenance on City vehicles; and,
WHEREAS, The Lube Shop, Inc. submitted a bid in the estimated amounts as
shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by The Lube Shop, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by The Lube Shop, Inc. in the estimated amounts shown above
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
