WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land located
at 6375 Walden Road for a fire station site,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for a fire
station site at 6375 Walden Road be and the same is hereby, approved:
1.56 acres out Lot 16, Block 3 of the C. E. Smith Addition (6375 Walden Road)
Appraised Value: $61,200.00 (Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.)
Owners: William Arthur Roane
LaBelle Properties, Ltd.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11z�4 day of
