WHEREAS, a bid was received on Monday, February 2, 1998 for the purchase and
installation of an onboard digital video recording system for the Beaumont Municipal
Transit (BMT); and,
WHEREAS, Safety Vision, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$190,025.00; and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Safety Vision, Inc. for
the purchase and installation of an onboard digital video recording system for the Beaumont
Municipal Transit (BMT) in the amount of$190,025.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Safety Vision, Inc. for the purchase and installation of an onboard
digital video recording system for the Beaumont Municipal Transit (BMT) in the amount of
$190,025.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the _ _/ ?' day of
