WHEREAS, bids were received on Monday, March 2, 1998 for furnishing and
installing a lighting system at the Julie Rogers Theater for the Convention Facilities
Division; and,
WHEREAS, A & A Electric Company, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$230,288.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by A & A Electric
Company, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A&A Electric Company, Inc. in the amount of $230,288.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
