WHEREAS, Praise Christian Center, Inc. has donated a 0.399 acre drainage
easement (variable width) located at 8325 Walker Road, out of the D. Easley League, as
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation
and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said tract of land tendered by Praise Christian Center, Inc. be and the same is
hereby in all things accepted.
