BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept from Beaumont
Independent School District Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, in Block No. 44, Calder Addition, City
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, according to the map or plat of said addition as
recorded in Volume 55, Page 163, Map Records in the Office of the County Clerk of said
county and state and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 42, Calder Addition, City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, according to the map or plat of the said addition as
recorded in Volume 55, Page 163, Map Records in the Office of the County Clerk of said
county and state as depicted in Exhibit "A". Through error these lots were not conveyed
February 20, 1997 when Beaumont Independent School District conveyed four (4) school
district real properties to the City of Beaumont..
