WHEREAS bids were received on Monday, February 2, 1998 for the purchase of Rockwell
RSView Software licenses and upgrades, RSView RSLogix Software license, and an Allen-
Bradley Network Card to be used by the Water Utilities, Water Production Division; and,
WHEREAS, Warren Electric Company submitted a bid in the amounts shown below:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Warren Electric
Company for the purchase of Rockwell RSView Software licenses and upgrades, RSView
RSLogix Software license, and an Allen-Bradley Network Card in the amounts shown above
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Warren Electric Company for the purchase of Rockwell RSView
Software licenses and upgrades, RSView RSLogix Software license , and an Allen-Bradley
Network Card in the amounts shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
