BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a one (1)-year
contract with Beaumont Products and Services, Inc. (BPS) to furnish litter removal services
on City rights-of-way and other specified areas.
