WHEREAS, the claim of Shonda LeBlanc has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Shonda
LeBlanc in the amount of $13,000.00 (Thirteen-thousand dollars).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /% day of
1998.
