WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to purchase emergency medical
supplies on an as-needed basis by the Public Health Department, Emergency Medical Services
Division (EMS); and,
WHEREAS, Promedix, Midvale, Utah submitted a bid for a total estimated amount of
$38,322.50 and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Promedix, Midvale,
Utah in the total estimated amount of$38,322.50 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Promedix, Midvale, Utah for an annual contract to purchase
emergency medical supplies on an as-needed basis by the Public Health Department, Emergency
Medical Services Division in the estimated amount of $38,322.50 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1998.
