WHEREAS, Lynn Bishop and Chara Helton have applied for a License to Encroach
onto an adjacent twenty-foot wide utility easement located at 525 Anchor described as the
West 58.80 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 6 of the W. W. Chaison Addition as shown in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes; and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the application for a License to Encroach onto an adjacent twenty-foot wide utility
easement located at 525 Anchor described as the West 58.80 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block
6 of the W. W. Chaison Addition, and the same is hereby, approved:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a License to Encroach is hereby granted
to Lynn Bishop and Chara Helton for the property shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1998.
