WHEREAS, the claim of Gwendolyn Price has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Gwendolyn
Price in the amount of$8,341.00 (Eight-thousand three-hundred forty-one dollars).
