WHEREAS, on Monday, January 12, 1998, bids were received for the purchase of
solid plastic toilet partitions for the Best Years Center, Fire Station #2, Fire Station #12,
and the Julie Rogers Theater; and,
WHEREAS, Moore Supply Company, Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the
amount of $18,996.65; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Moore Supply
Company in the amount of$18,996.65 should be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moore Supply Company for the purchase of solid plastic toilet
partitions for the Best Years Center, Fire Station#2, Fire Station #12, and the Julie Rogers
Theater in the amount of$18,996.65 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
