THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release weed liens in the
amount of $3,952.95, including penalties and interest, against Lot 3, Block 10 of the
McFaddin Second Subdivision, owned by Vida Bates. The City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute all documents necessary to evidence the release of the weed liens
against Lot 3, Block 10 of the McFaddin Second Subdivision.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1998.
