BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit and execute a Section
108 Loan application for a line of credit of up to $11 million. To date the projects that have
been identified to utilize available 108 funds are: Hotel Beaumont, LL Melton YMCA,
Jefferson Theater and Dixie Street development.
