BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase three (3) Xerox
Copiers for Central Services, Clean Community; Water Utilities, Water Distribution; and
Public Health, Health Administration in the amount of $17,902.00 through the State of
Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program.
