RESOLUTION NO. 03-261
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept the bequest of$100,000
from the estate of Elizabeth Gilbert Fortune for the operation, maintenance, continuation
and/or expansion of the Tyrell Historical Library.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of
November, 2003.
