UTILITY EASEMENT LYING BETWEEN LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK
18, CALDER PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT 0.0344 acres of land, more or less, the same being a 10 foot wide utility
easement lying between Lots 4 and 5, Block 18, Calder Place Addition, Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A' attached hereto, is hereby
abandoned.
