ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 10 FOOT WIDE
GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT AT 5720 CRESTLAND LOOP IN
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 10 foot wide general utility easement lying 5' along each common side of
Lots 6 and 7, Block 2, Crestland Place Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A' attached hereto, is hereby abandoned.
