ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 40 FOOT WIDE
GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT BEING THE FORMER LOS
ANGELES AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY BETWEEN WALDEN
ROAD AND IH-10 SOUTH IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 40 foot wide general utility easement being the former Los Angeles Avenue
right-of-way between Walden Road and IH-10 South that was reserved by the City
of Beaumont in Ordinance No. 79-50, dated 6/19/79, and filed in the Deed Records
of Jefferson County in Volume 2162, page 79, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, is hereby abandoned.
