ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 25 FOOT WIDE
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT THE REAR OF LOTS 3, 4,
5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK 3, GLADYS WEST, SECTION TWO TO THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 25 foot wide utility easement located at the rear of Lots 3, 49 5, 6 and 7,
Block 3, Gladys West, Section Two, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown
on Exhibit "A' attached hereto, is hereby abandoned.
