WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of 48 and 60 inch diameter
corrugated polyethylene pipe for use by the Public Works Department, Engineering
Division; and,
WHEREAS, Moore Supply Company submitted a bid in the estimated amount of
$67,940 and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Moore Supply
Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moore Supply Company in the estimated amount of$67,940
for the purchase of 48 and 60 inch diameter corrugated polyethylene pipe for use by the
Public Works Department, Engineering Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
November, 2003.
