RESOLUTION NO. 03-252
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization (BCHDO) in the amount of
$251,313 for costs associated with the construction of four new homes on Avenue A and
Essex Streets, operating costs, developer's fees, and for down payment/closing cost
assistance to eligible low/moderate income families.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
November, 2003.
