BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to purchase 800 MHz trunked
radio equipment through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative
Purchasing Program in the amount of$250,000 from Motorola, Inc. to facilitate a county-
wide communication network with Jefferson County.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
November, 2003.
