RESOLUTION NO. 03-250
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Contract for the Revenue
Enhancement Program with Water Company of America, Inc., Houston,Texas,to examine
the operations,practices,and revenue reporting functions of the water distribution,sanitary
sewer collection, and solid waste collection systems. Water Company of America, Inc.,
Houston, Texas, will collect 44% of the increased revenues resulting from their operation
for a three-year period.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
November, 2003.
