ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF THE GIROLAMO STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
N
THAT the south two hundred feet (200 ' ) of the Girolamo Street co
right-of-way, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof, be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned,
subject to the retention of a fifty foot by two hundred foot (50 '
x 200 ' ) general utility easement in place of the street
right-of-way and that title to such property shall revert to and
become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided
by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the, dar, of 1988 .
