A 20-FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER AND DRAINAGE CIO
EASEMENT THAT EXTENDS 374 FEET ALONG THE
LENGTH OF TRACT 3 , SOUTH PARKDALE ADDITION, °J
F. BIGNER SURVEY, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
to
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 20-foot wide sanitary sewer and drainage easement that
extends 874 feet along the length of Tract 3 , South Parkdale
Addition, F. Bigner Survey, be, and it is hereby, vacated and
abandoned, subject to the following provision:
The abandonment will not take effect until the new
sanitary sewer line in West Ridge Lane and the
extension of that line west along the south property
line of Tract 3 , South Parkdale Addition is tested and
accepted by the city, and a new easement is dedicated
and accepted by the city to accommodate the section of
the sewer lying outside the West Ridge right-of-way,
as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
for all purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
