BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve an amendment to
Resolution 03-122 passed by City Council on June 10, 2003 for a contract in the amount
of$152,500 to the Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization (BCHDO).
The amendment to the resolution increases the contract amount by $32,200 additional
funds to cover increased construction costs in order to conform to new code enforcement
requirements and the adjustments in home buyer payment subsidies.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
November, 2003.
