WITHIN BLOCK 19 , CALDER ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS. —

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 20 ' x 400 ' alley right-of-way located within Block 19 ,
Calder Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby, vacated
and abandoned save and except the most westerly three feet (3 ' )
of hte alley, and that title to such property shall revert to and
become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided
by law, subject to the retention of a general utility easement
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the . day of 1988 .
