BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: c

THAT the unnamed street right-of-way which extends in a north-
easterly direction from Jefferson Street, being bound on the
north by Blocks 18 and 19 , Van Wormer Addition and bound on the
south by Block 9, McMillan Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof, be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and
that title to such property shall revert to and become the
property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
