BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: a

THAT a 12.5-foot wide, irregular shaped alley right-of-way
located north of and adjacent to Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 , Block 9,
McMillan Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby, vacated
and abandoned, and that title to such property shall revert to
and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as
provided by law.
