ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
88-11 PASSED FEBRUARY 2, 1988.
Section 1 .
WHEREAS, on February 2, 1988, Ordinance No. 88-11 was
passed for the issuance of a Specific Use Permit to allow a
warehouse for the bagging of rice for wholesale on a 1 .10 acre
tract of land at 715 S. Major Drive, Beaumont, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 88-11 incorrectly named
Christopher C. Gilmore as the applicant for the Specific Use
Permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Ordinance No. 88-11 passed February 2, 1988, be corrected by
substituting the name "Doguet' s Grain and Seed Company" as the
applicant for the Specif Use Permit.
