ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A TEN FOOT(10')WIDE GENERAL UTILITY
EASEMENT ABUTTING THE NORTH LINES OF LOTS 1-6,
BLOCK 1, AND THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 5, BLOCK 42,
ARLINGTON ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a ten foot (10') wide general utility easement extending approximately 258 feet from
Spur 380 to Irving Street and abutting the north lines of Lots 1-6, Block 1, and the south line
of Lot 5, Block 42, Arlington Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, said easement
being recorded in the Jefferson County Deed Records, Vol. 2313, Page 26, and containing
2,580 square feet, more or less, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and it is hereby
vacated and abandoned and title to such property shall revert to and become the property of
the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
